Any signs of wear (scratched sole, creased leather) or incomplete packaging contents may prevent an exchange or a full-value return. Please return the shoes in the same condition you would expect when receiving a new pair.

Therefore, if you ordered a UK size 8.5 on our website and see UK 8M on the box, everything is in perfect order.
