RETURNS

The primary condition for a seamless exchange or return of products purchased at PATINE is to return them in their original, unchanged condition. Returned items must come back to the store exactly as they were delivered.

Therefore, we kindly request that you:

Try on shoes on a soft surface (carpet, blanket) to avoid scratching the leather sole.
Avoid bending your foot while trying them on to prevent "creases" on the leather upper.
Use a shoehorn when putting on the shoes to avoid damaging the heel counter.
Include the full contents of the packaging (shoes, cotton bag(s), any additional items).

Any signs of wear (scratched sole, creased leather) or incomplete packaging contents may prevent an exchange or a full-value return. Please return the shoes in the same condition you would expect when receiving a new pair.

Not every pair includes the same number of cotton bags, as each brand has its own policy:
